Had digital issue access for a while and then lost it. Ive been a subscriber for years and have a current subscription that doesnt expire until next May.

I lost access to the digital issues and no matter what I do (log in with my email, account number, name and address), nothing works. Ive emailed customer service 20 times with no resolution. Theyre useless. The current printed mag that Im looking at right now has an expiration date of May 2017...I have print access, I should have digital access. I guess Ill just let my subscription expire and be done with it. I like the magazine, but its the principle.
