Broken Access for Print Subscription?

Having been a subscriber for a few years now to the print subscription, I was happy to see the ability to read the magazine digitally, which is far more convenient. This worked great for a while, but with the February 2016 issue, I havent been able to access the digital edition without paying. Attempting to contact support has been futile.

Also, minor nit: its really annoying to download multiple issues at once. Starting a new download will pause the current download.
